Norweigan melodic master Kygo has revealed in a recent interview with RTL Entertainment that he is in discussions with his good friend Martin Garrix to record a song for his new studio album.

When asked who he would like to work with during the interview, the Norwegian DJ and producer mentioned the usual names like Ed Sheeran and The Weeknd.

But he also revealed that he would like to work with his long-time friend, and two-time Top 100 DJs winner, Martin Garrix.

Kygo's single, 'Stargazing', now has a music video to accompany the track, which seems intent on leaving few dry eyes in the house given the emotionally charged content. 

Kygo has announced a new documentary, titled ‘Stole the Show’, which follows the producer’s meteoric rise from tropical-house poster child to EDM mega star.

The documentary is set to be released on 26th July via Apple Music, and features Steve Aoki, Martin Garrix and U2 frontman Bono.

EDC Las Vegas 2017 is just over a week away and Insomniac Presents has now released the daily line-ups across all eight stages. The party launches 16th June at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway and runs through 18th June.

Friday highlights include Chris Liebing, Andy C, Zedd, Major Lazer, and Hardwell. Mr. Carmack, Kygo, Alesso, Oliver Heldens, Jamie Jones, and Lee Foss are just some of the talents setting the vibes on Saturday. Paul Van Dyk, Low Steppa, DJ Khaled, Marshmello, and Flosstradamus will be shutting things down on Sunday.

Kygo and Ellie Goulding have now officially shared the visual accompaniment for their collaborative single ‘First Time’.

Reflecting the quick ascent of the single, the music video garnered over 1.5 million views in less than 24 hours. The pair had each teased the visual work last week.

The 3:14 cinematic endeavor was co-written and directed by Mathew Cullen. Javier Jimenez served as executive director.   

Kygo has revealed that he will hold a residency at Ushuaïa Ibiza this summer, running Sundays at the Playa d’en Bossa nightspot from 9th July to 10th September.

Kygo also recently announced his first ever residency with Las Vegas titans Wynn Nightlife, on a two-year exclusive deal.

The Norweigan EDM superstar kicks off the exclusive two-year contract on Sunday 30th April, when he opens NightSwim, the new nighttime pool party at XS Nightclub. 

Currently 11 dates have been announced running through to the end of June, with parties at Wynn's other venues, Encore Beach Club and Surrender, too.

Kygo and Selena Gomez's new collaboration is out today.

After being teased by both Selena and Kygo over the last week, the new track landed via Spotify this morning. 

It's the second EDM collaboration for Selena Gomez, who previously released 'I Want You To Know' with Zedd, whilst Kygo has worked with Australian popstar Conrad Sewell and UK rocker, Ed Sheeran.

Balaton Sound has announced the first wave of acts for the 11th edition of the festival, which takes place from Wednesday 5th to Sunday 9th July 2017 on Eastern Europe's largest freshwater lake, Lake Balaton, Hungary.
