With its chocolate box views, fast-paced snowsports and impressive bill of dance acts, Rise is looking to be one of December’s most sought-after festivals.
The Les Deux Alpes event has just added Mercury and MOBO winner Ms Dynamite as their final live act, who’ll be joining Sigma and UKG collective So Solid Crew, represented by Lisa Maffia and Romeo, on a mountaintop for a sweet hit of nostalgia.
A host of the biggest names in modern dance will be taking to the French resort, with Jackmaster, Skream and Axel Boman to spin, alongside more leftfield acts like Evian Christ and hyped XL badboy Mssingno as well as Swamp 81 mainstays Paleman and Benton.
Taking place on December 12th ‘til the 19th, the winter sports festival is set to offer hot tub cabins, “love lifts”, an ice disco and a mega snowball fight to its 3,000 bass loving attendees. Set in Europe’s largest skiable glacier with award-winning snowparks, stages will be hosted by the likes of Eton Messy, Hospitality, Ibiza Rocks and Rinse FM.
