Looptopia, Taiwan’s first and largest home-grown EDM festival, has confirmed Axwell Λ Ingrosso, DJ Snake, Yellow Claw and Jauz, among others, for its 2018 line-up. The festival has also locked in other big names in EDM, dubstep and trance like Markus Schulz, Ferry Corsten, Excision, Ghastly and more, as well as local DJs and artists from across the burgeoning Asian EDM market including RayRay, DJ Karlie, DJ Ghost, Miss Ann and others. This year marks the festival’s second instalment following its debut in 2017. The two-day festival takes place 6th and 7th April at Pushin Ranch in Taoyuan, Taiwan.
For its second year, Looptopia is hosting 50 artists from various genres across its three signature stages, one of which includes a two-day takeover by Q-dance, the Dutch company responsible for hardstyle and hard dance festivals like Defqon.1, Q-BASE, Qlimax and X-Qlusive. The festival is also hosting a number of experiences and attractions including massages, yoga, aromatherapy, Chinese face painting, an aboriginal arts centre, local restaurants and on-site camping.
For its inaugural line-up in 2017, Looptopia hosted Martin Garrix, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Yellow Claw, GTA, KSHMR and many others.
